Expectations and Requirements

Students with an Academic Success Plan (ASP):
        1. Are required to complete an individual ASP or learning contract.
        2. Are required to participate in the “academic success program” housed in the Center for Academic Enrichment (CAE).
        3. The ASP helps to identify and list expectations designed to encourage personal academic advocacy and improvement, which includes the following:
               a. Attending regularly scheduled meetings with an academic specialist/coach from CAE, TRIO, Student Athlete Success Coordinator, or Catalyze Program .
               b. Attending scheduled meetings/regularly check in with Academic Advisor(s).
               c. Attending scheduled meetings/regularly check in with relevant professors.
               d. Attend tutoring sessions, as needed.
               e. Participation in and successful completion of Office of Student Success' (OSS) academic recovery program, Atomic Frogs. This is required for students that have been dismissed and appeal granted to return, and optional for students on probation.
        4. If you received a letter from the Financial Aid Office, that means that your academic performance is putting your financial aid at risk.  It is strongly advised that you visit with a financial counselor.
