Every day we will be working on a our hitting technique and learn new skills such as hitting line, angle, tooling, tipping, hitting in /out of system! Quality reps are vital to the improvement of athletic performance. These sessions will be slowed down sessions to ensure proper arm swing mechanics, proper approach footwork, controlled body movement throughout the entire arm swing. This clinic is intended for beginner/intermediate level players and advanced players who want a controlled slowed down session who want to make their arm swing more consistent and take it to the next level.

I bring my international experience playing for the Cyprus National Team, 5 years of competing at the University of Hawaii and 1 year of managing and helping coach the UH Warriors to the 2021 National Championship Title. I learnt a completely different side of the sport observing the #1 team in the nation all year and learning the ins and outs to what it takes to create National Championship caliber players. I am a game analyst with Spectrum OC16 for the University of Hawaii Men's and Women's volleyball. Each and every player will be observed with great detail and be given back quality feedback. I have my BS in Kinesiology and finishing my masters in Kinesiology Summer 2022.
These clinics are Technique and Repetition based. This is the best way to fine tune and improve your skills. It allows you to understand why certain mistakes happen and how to correct it when you are at club/ high-school practice. Each repetition is individual for the best quality and flow of training. Each week will build off the last and we will advance drills each week.
