I represent that I am the custodial parent or legal guardian of the child I am enrolling, and that the child I am enrolling is healthy and fully able to participate in camp activities. If my child has a special need I agree to inform the camp office upon registration.  I understand that no medications will be administered by the camp, unless provided to the camp by a parent/guardian with an original order to dispense said medication from the prescribing physician.


I understand that Summers at LREI is a nut and seed aware Institution, and that no foods containing nuts or seeds may be brought on site or in packed lunches.

If you withdraw from a Summers Sports Clinic for any reason, you will receive a 90% refund of your fees paid until June 1, 2020. No refunds are issued after June 1, 2020.

Any refund resulting in failure to meet the terms of a discount will result in loss of that discount. If a withdraw means that your camper will no longer be here for the full week of the clinic session, you will lose the application of the full-week discount pricing, and remaining days will be charged at the daily rate.

Camp fees will not be refunded or prorated for any missed days due to illness, injury or unforeseen schedule changes. Registrations are non-transferable.
