In consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, or myself , my heirs, executers and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Goddard Lions Club, City of Goddard, Kansas, or any other service organization, club, group, business, their representatives, successors and assignee for any and all injuries suffered by me in any event or service project.  Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event coordinators and/or agents authorized by the above mentioned organizations, too use any photographs, videography, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
