Winter 2024 Music Together Within Therapy® Registration with KL Therapy & Wellness
Music Together Within Therapy is a licensed application of Music Together that credentialed allied health professionals can use to support the treatment of individuals or small groups. The Music Together song collections are used to work on several different learning domains, including communication (both expressive and receptive), physical (both fine motor and gross motor), sensory, cognitive, and social.

Attendance
Music Together Within Therapy classes are intended for children ages 1-4 and one parent/guardian/caregiver to experience together. KLTW looks forward to meeting you and your child for this joint experience.
Group Times
- REGISTRATION CLOSED: Group A: Saturdays @ 11:30am-12:00pm: January 13, 2024 - February 3, 2024
- Group B: Saturdays @ 11:30am-12:00-pm: February 24, 2024 - March 16, 2024

Cost
Cost includes: 4 weeks of group Music Therapy sessions, digital download of the professional recording of the Bells Song Collection (CDs available upon request), beautifully illustrated songbook, and materials on how music supports your child's development and how you can help with this development.

Payment is due at the time of registration. Registration will be confirmed by email once payment is received. KLTW will contact each family for a brief intake phone call to get to know your child better prior to the start of the group.

*all prices include 15% HST

The group will be facilitated by Katherine Lowings. Since Katherine has various professional designations, there is a possibility that this might be covered through your health insurance. Professional designations and registration numbers can be provided upon request.

Enrollment in the groupo will be officially confirmed by email once the registration form has been completed and the payment has been received.

Refund Policy
If enrollment in the group is cancelled more than one week prior to the start of the group, a full refund will be issued. If enrollment in the group is cancelled less than one week prior to the start of the group, 50% of the cost will be refunded. Further discussions can be had as refunds can be issued on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that KL Therapy & Wellness (KLTW) has to cancel a class, a notification will be sent out by email at least one hour prior to the start of class. Cancellations will also be posted on social media stories. In the event of a cancellation due to:
- weather (if power available): The class will be offered virtually over Zoom (a link will be provided)
- weather (if power unavailable)/illness: A make up class will be set up on a new date

Group Size Policy
Group sizes are limited to 4 children (not including adults). There must be a minimum of 2 children registered in the group in order for it to run. In the event there are not enough children registered and the group cannot run, KLTW will issue you a FULL refund.
