This Waiver gives permission for students to attend all in person activities - On Campus and Off Campus

For students to attend, they must 1. Bring a Mask, 2. Wear a Mask when indoors and moving or within 6 feet of another Person *(During certain seasons, students may be asked to wear a mask for the whole time), 3. Have completed the waiver, 4. Agree to follow Social Distancing

* If Parents would like their student to wear a mask at all times, please let us know in the question section below.
