DESCRIPTION OF THE CRITERIA

Purpose: To recognise students who have performed to a high level of achievement, outside of school, in sports or cultural activities. Examples include Canterbury Secondary School, South Island Secondary School, New Zealand Secondary School, Sheilah Winn Shakespeare Competition and National Art Awards/Exhibitions.
 
CATEGORIES

Sports: Individual Performance or Representative Team

●   Top three place in Regional, National or International Competition.

 The Arts and Culture: Individual or Group Performance

●    Selection, participation and a top three placing in a regional, national or international competition.
●    Special consideration may be given for other significant Arts/Cultural achievements.
 
Awards are based on your highest achievement throughout the year.
