2023 Tryout Registration Form

Please fill out all of the requested information to register your son/daughter for the Tryouts for the Ridgewood Crew 2023 High School Spring team. Each rower needs to be a RHS student and attend two tryout sessions: one 5k and one 2k.

Dates: January 3 (2k), 4 (5k), Or 5 (2k and 5k)
Time: 6:30-8:30pm
Venue: RHS cafeteria

The Ridgewood Crew spring high school team will be announced on Friday, January 6, 2023.

The following three documents are required to be submitted before or at the tryout session:
o Acceptance Form for the 2023 RC Expectations, Rules, and Code of Conduct for Students and Parents (will be emailed to the registrants)
o Physician Clearance Form (www.ridgewoodcrew.com/forms.html). All rowers will need to have this form signed by their physician indicating they may row with Ridgewood Crew for the 2023 spring season
o Check for 1st payment of $1,000 for the spring season. The total fee for the spring season is $3,000; the 2nd payment of $1,000 is due by Feb 15 and the last payment of $1,000 is due by Mar 15. This 1st payment will be promptly returned to those who don't make the team.

2nd and 3rd payments may be made via check or Venmo (@RidgewoodCrew, code 8187 if needed).
