Data Action Planning Session (1 day)
Leaders will work with available data to create action plans. The action plan to be developed will be designed to address identified instructional challenges to effectively address the priority issues. Campus leaders are challenged to express these results to guide implementation, provide feedback on campus progress, and signal ongoing campus improvement.

Professional Learning Communities (1 day)
The leaders will develop a common understanding of the essential functions of the school-based PLCs; evaluate effectiveness of their campus PLC and its impact on student achievement, as well as current campus systems for alignment of PLC work with campus goals; and develop action steps for increasing the PLC’s effectiveness in targeted areas based on campus needs.

Authentic Instructional Rounds (1 day)
Leaders will be able to articulate the 7 Principles of the Instructional Core and components of the Instructional Rounds. Leaders will practice creating a Problem of Practice and Essential Questions and learn the best practices for conducting internal and network rounds.

Instructional Impact Institute (1 day)
Leaders will assess their current practices of classroom observation and feedback and will engage in learning coaching strategies to address specific areas of teachers’ growth and development. The focus is identifying targeted, high leverage, and bite-sized action steps for specific areas of instruction. They will receive a copy of Get Better Faster and learn how to use this resource for targeted PD and coaching.

TADS Re-certification Training (2.5 hours/ Campus Appraiser Teams must attend together)
Leaders will engage in a review of teacher effectiveness data to determine growth opportunities related to the Instructional Practice rubric while connecting professional learning to SIP goals. Appraisers will review implications for the new appraisal model, M-TADS, and engage in learning about Student Performance while earning TADS Re-certification.
