Please complete the form below. You may attach photos of your car at the bottom of the form; if you do not have digital photos of the car, photos will be taken and printed during your log book inspection. Please e-mail logbooks@vrgonline.org with any questions.

Before a log book will be issued, your car must be inspected and signed off by VRG Tech Inspection and VRG Eligibility Committee. This will occur during a scheduled inspection time at a log book issuing event - you may select one of these events you will attend, while completing this form.
