Community Engaged Griffins Program Application
Thank you for your interest in CEG (Community Engaged Griffins). Please re-read over the program description that you received prior to this application to ensure that you can meet all the program requirements. Please take your time to fill out this form thoroughly.  All CEG participants must volunteer at a LOCAL non-profit organization. If you are unsure about whether or not the organization is a non-profit, contact them and ask or search on the internet. Moreover, participants will volunteer with only ONE non-profit organization throughout the entire program.  You will receive an email with a copy of your submission.
