Please fill out the following information to register for the Dance Team Clinic on Friday, January 13, grades K-6.  There will be a grand performance on Tuesday, January 17th at the half time of the Boys Varsity Basketball Game. Please fill out this registration form and send payment via cash or check made out to Sycamore Athletic Boosters (note: dance team) to Sycamore High School by Thursday, December 22. The $40 fee includes one performance t-shirt and 1 ticket of admission into the basketball game (all other tickets will need to be purchased at the door: $5.00/ticket).  An informative email will be sent to all registered participants by January 6.
