Rapids 360 Program
Rapids 360 Program U11 - 12 and U13 - 15

The Rapids 360 Program is an invitation-only program aimed at U11 through U15 players that occupy the top tier of their respective age group and have shown a dedication to train at the top level. This 6-week progressive program consists of weekly on-field training, off-field assignments, and continuous self-reflection. The objectives of this program are to:
 - Provide a detailed and challenging player development experience that encourages players to control what they can control and be the best that they can be.
 - Foster a desire within players to own their development.
 - Encourage leadership within players, challenge players to become ‘coaches’ on their team.

Club Directors in collaboration with team coaches will select players for this program. The players must be able to attend all sessions, complete all assignments on time, and show they can consistently play with the required focus, intensity, and demands in order to remain in the program.
