Because our first concern is the safety of every child, we are asking that all parents who are having their child/children to ride the bus to read and initial this form.Listed below are the requirements for riding the bus during Vacation Bible School:  1)Parents are asked to accompany their child/children to the designated bus locations for pick up and returned trip promptly. 2)Children who are disruptive/misbehave on the bus will not be allowed to ride until the discipline issue is discussed with the parent.
