AGM 2023 Event Submission Form
As a presenter or host you must be registered for the event. See our webpage for full details on the event:
Presentations will take place inside the main building. There will be seating, a stage with lectern, and an audio/video system. A workshop or other event could take place either inside or outside as needed. We will have some indoor space and a pavilion outdoors. Submitting an event does not guarantee that it will be accepted.

Presenters should aim for 15-30min presentations. Longer ones may be accepted if there is space.

Audio/Video Information

For presentations, provided equipment includes a lavalier or handheld microphone and a projection system. To use the projector, the presenter must use their own laptop from the podium. The laptop must have an HDMI port or dongle. Internet access is not guaranteed so please ensure all presentation content is downloaded onto your laptop. If needed, audio can be sent either over HDMI or from a standard headphone jack. Presentations will be streamed and recorded.
