Where: Black Scranton Project Community Center for Arts and Culture, 1902 North Main Ave, Scranton, PA

When: Juneteenth, June 19th, 2022. After application acceptance, vendor space location will be confirmed a week before the event. Event begins at 12pm and ends at 5pm.
