2021-2022 Midtown Auxiliary Tryout Registration
Greetings! This is this is the first step to becoming a member of the Marching MidKnight auxiliary clothes. Note that tryouts will take place April 12th-15th from 5 PM-8PM. Report to the band room upon arrival. There will be signage posted. Please dress in athletic attire. Jeans and flip-flops are not permitted. Remember that this is an activity that involves a good deal of movement, so please come prepared regarding attire and hydration. Please bring a water thermos and a healthy snack. A sports physical is highly recommended by the start of tryouts. This form can be found on the band website at www.midtownbands.com. Please come with a positive attitude and a will to learn. And most importantly: WEAR YOUR MASK! APS district Covid-19 protocols will be strictly adhered to. Please complete this form in its entirety.
