APNet'23 Visa Support Letter Request

If you need a support letter to apply for a visa, or for approval to travel from your institute/organization, in order to attend APNet'23, please fill out this request form.

PLEASE NOTE

You MUST have already paid for APNet'23 registration and obtained the registration code before starting this process.
Please fill out this form in English only.
If you have a paper or poster accepted to the workshop, you may choose to include such information in the letter.
Request for a hard copy of the letter will NOT be accommodated.
Visa letter requests will take 3-5 days to process.
