I understand a deposit of $50 per performance is required within 2 weeks of registration.

I understand if I am a public school requesting a ticket scholarship, writing a classroom grant or have an extenuating circumstance to prohibit a deposit, I must contact Margaret Lindsey immediately.

If I am a public school planning to request bus reimbursement I understand trips requiring use of charter buses (In the event school transportation is not available) must be approved by Van Wezel PRIOR to reserving bus transportation.

I understand FINAL PAYMENT is due 30 (thirty) days prior to each performance, or your reservation will be cancelled, and deposit forfeited.

Are you interested in having a Van Wezel Teaching Artist visit your classroom? The teaching artist will either come before your visit to prepare the children for their theatre experience, or can visit after you have attended the performance to help them reflect on their theatre experience.
