Small group leaders are the primary ones who are caring for the students throughout the weekend. They will be in charge of a small group of students and spend the entire weekend with them at their host home. During the weekend, they will lead small group discussion, participate in all of the activities for the weekend, and ensure students are obeying all house rules and are where they need to be throughout the weekend.
