TULEVASTE PRESIDENTIDE ja AMETNIKE KOOLITUSSEMINAR (PETS)

  • D1420 PETS toimub reedel ja laupäeval, 22.-23.03 Tallinnas, Nordic Hotel Forumis.

Seminaride eesmärk on:
- Anda klubide tulevastele juhtidele oma ametiajaks oskusi klubi juhtimiseks,
- Tutvustada piirkonna organisatsiooni ja selgitada, millist tuge pakub klubidele Rotary International (RI) ja teised struktuuriüksused.
- Arutleda , kuidas viia ellu Rotary strateegiat,
- Pakkuda osalejatele võimalus kohtuda ja suhelda teiste klubide presidentide ja sekretäridega,
- Anda edasi järgmise RI presidendi tervitused.


FUTURE OFFICIALS AND PRESIDENT ELECT TRAINING SEMINAR (PETS)
  • D1420 Pre-PETS will be held virtually on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, from 6:00-8:00 PM, ZOOM
  • The training seminar for the presidents-elect and club officials of the district 1420 Estonian clubs will be held on Friday and Saturday, 22.-23 in March 2024. 
NB!!! Participants must book accommodation themselves! See information below!
The aim of the seminars is: - To give the future managers of the clubs the skills to manage the club during their term of office, - Introduce the regional organization and explain what kind of support Rotary International (RI) and other structural units offer to clubs, - Discuss how to implement the Rotary strategy, - To offer participants the opportunity to meet and communicate with presidents and secretaries of other clubs, - To convey the greetings of the next RI President.

  • Ülekanne tuleb teha Tallinn Hansa Rotary Klubi kontole EE902200221057994537, selgitusse PETS ja osaleja nimi. Klubi võib toetada kulude katmisega oma ametnike osalemist PETSil.
  • Majutus tuleb osalejal endal broneerida Forum hotelli kodulehelt https://www.nordichotels.eu/! kasutades promokoodi ROTARY.
    • Standardklassi tuba ühese kasutusega 80 eurot/ öö
    • Standardklassi tuba kahese kasutusega 89 eurot/ öö,
    • Hinnas sisaldub hommikusöök ja lõõgastuskeskuse kasutus
    • Hotelli eest maksab osaleja ise kohapeal.

  • Accommodation must be booked by the participant himself  from the website of Forum Hotel https://www.nordichotels.eu/! using promo code ROTARY.
    • Standard class room with single use 80 euros/night
    • o Standard class room with double occupancy 89 euros/night,
    • o The price includes breakfast and use of the relaxation center
    • o The participant pays for the hotel on the spot.
