After you fill out this questionnaire, text me that you would like to receive a price quote for an art project and you filled out the preliminary questionnaire. I will send you the price quote and the timeline when I would be able to finish the project. When you are ready to proceed with the project, I will send you a contract and 50% of the fee will be due at the start of the project, remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project.
