Creative Music Class
Creative Music Class is Songwriting and General Music Class that takes place for the entire school year September through June.

*Students learn about the musical elements and create original music together. 

*They record and publish their album on Soundcloud as our final class project. There will be an album release show at the end of the school year in June.

*Students have a chance to play a variety of musical instruments including keyboard, percussion, violin, guitar, ukulele and various woodwind instruments.

*They learn about basic recording and production such as how to sing into a microphone and multi-track record.

I understand that this class will be held at GAMBA Living (630 Humboldt Street) on the dates listed below from 3:00 to 3:45 PM (students will be picked up from PS 110 at 2:30). We will have 2 sections - Mondays and Tuesdays. They are two completely separate classes. You may sign up for EITHER Monday or Tuesday.

I understand there will be no class in the case of inclement weather and public school closure. There will be no refunds for classes cancelled due to inclement weather. *

I understand that Teacup Music NYC reserves the right to remove a student from a group class if their behavior is causing a danger to others. In such a scenario there will be no refunds for classes already attended but billing will cease at the point the student is removed from the class.

*Teacup Music NYC follows the same holiday schedule as the NYC public school system. Since there are less classes on Mondays the schedule results in a price difference between Mondays and Tuesdays.

Is your child comfortable around dogs? Teacup Music Classes are accompanied by Pepper, a therapy dog trained through the Good Dog Foundation. Pepper is a 60 lbs Female Goldendoodle which is a non-shedding hypoallergenic breed. Even hypoallergenic breeds can bother children with extreme allergies so notify us if this is an issue and we will seek to accommodate your needs where possible.
