PCYC Community Input Survey
Pulaski Community Youth Center is under new leadership and seeking the voices of our community members to help guide our progress. Your time, opinions and feedback are incredibly valued, and we appreciate your input!  There are a variety of questions that will help us identify service gaps, show brand awareness of ours and other organizations, and gather data on the strengths and struggles of our community members.   This survey is open until October 15 and results will be used to update our strategic plan, re-engage our community, guide meaningful partnerships and further the impact of our organization moving into the new year. Thank you again for sharing with us!
