This is an online questionnaire form with the purpose of gaining valuable fan insight on an important and relevant topic within the footballing world.  All data received from this form will be stored in a secure password protected device which can only be accessed by the researcher and their supervisor. The data will be entirely anonymous and will be used as part of research for a University Professional Research Project Dissertation.
