1.申請之學員志願參加中文班，且遵守中華民國法律、華語中心學生規範及活動安全注意事項，如不遵守規定，發生意外，願自行負責。
The applicant attends the Program based on their own decisions. He or she agrees to abide by safety codes of the program, CLTSC rules, and ROC laws, and is willing to take full responsibility under the circumstances of breaching the said regulations and laws.
Học viên tình nguyện xin tham gia lớp tiếng Trung mùa hè, đồng thời tuân thủ pháp luật;  quy phạm học sinh của trung tâm Hoa ngữ và các điều khoản chú ý an toàn trong hoạt động.

2.主辦單位保有將活動過程攝影及錄製存檔及公開播放的權利。
The CLTSC reserves the right to make a record of program activities via photos, videos and/or any other media during the duration of the programs and use them at their discretion.
Đơn vị tổ chức có quyền chụp ảnh và ghi hình trong quá trình hoạt động và trình chiếu công khai.

3.學員需在出發前自行處理簽證及海外保險事宜。課程期間本中心僅為每位學員投保平安意外險(100萬意外險+3萬意外醫療險)。
Mandatory accident insurance has been included in tuition fees for the duration of the program (NT$ 1 million for the accidental death insurance + NT$ 30,000 for the accidental medical insurance.) Prior to arrival, procedures such as entry visas to Taiwan and enrollment of overseas insurance must be handled in the country of the applicant.
Học viên phải tự làm visa và mua bảo hiểm khi ra nước ngoài trước khi xuất phát. Trong thời gian của chương trình học, trung tâm chỉ mau bảo hiểm sự cố ngoài ý muốn cho mỗi học viên ( bảo hiểm sự cố ngoài ý muốn 1 triệu Tân đài tệ + bảo hiểm y tế 30 ngàn Tân đài tệ)

4.本人授權國立臺東大學華語教學中心以及其人員在緊急必要時為該生安排任何醫療處理：其中包含依據醫師或專業醫療人員的建議，進行醫療行為，亦同意支付其保險未包含之額外醫療相關費用。
During the period of program, the applicant authorizes Chinese Language Teaching and Study Center of NTTU and its personnel to arrange for medical treatment as deemed necessary by a doctor or health care professional for him or her. The applicant also accepts full responsibility for any medical expenses which are not covered by the student’s insurance policy.
Tôi trao quyền cho trung tâm dạy học tiếng Hoa trường đại học quốc lập Đài Đông và các nhân viên của của trung tâm khi trong trường hợp khẩn cấp sắp xếp xử lý y tế bất kỳ: trong đó bao gồm tiến hành các công tác y tế theo kiến nghị của bác sĩ hoặc nhân viên y tế, và cũng đồng ý chi trả các chi phí liên quan đến y tế chưa bao gồm trong bảo hiểm.

5.繳費後至開學日前一天退還學費九成，上課未逾營隊時間三分之一者退五成，上課逾三分之一則不予退費。所有退費事宜將於課程結束後統一辦理。
The refund policy is as follows:
Condition 1.: 90% of tuition will be refunded for applications submitted before the first day of the program.
Condition 2.: 50% will be refunded for applications submitted before 1/3 of the program has been completed.
Condition 3.: No refunds will be given for applications submitted after the program is 1/3 completed.
All refunds will not be processed until the end of the program.

Sau khi nộp phí đến khi khai giảng trước 1 ngày trả lại 90 % học phí, trả lại 50% học phí cho người lên lớp chưa vượt qua 1/3 thời gian khóa học, lên vượt qua 1/3 thời gian khóa học sẽ không trả lại học phí. Tất cả việc trả lại học phí sẽ đợi sau khi kết thúc chương trình học giải quyết.

6.完成線上申請並非表示報名完成，必須完成其回覆信之說明事項始完成報名。若未在其所指示之期限內完成所有報名程序，包含匯款並傳真匯款收據至本單位，則視同棄權，本單位則有權將其名額給候補名單。
Applications are NOT considered complete until all processes indicated in the auto-reply have been fulfilled. The application process, including wire payment and the receipt email to the CLTSC, should be completed before the deadline as indicated in the auto-reply. If the process has not been completed, the application is still incomplete and the seat will be canceled.
Hoàn thành việc xin học trên mạng không có nghĩa là đã hoàn thành việc báo danh, cần phải hoàn thành các phần hướng dẫn của thư phản hồi để hoàn thành việc báo danh. Nếu như chưa hoàn thành các trình tự báo danh trong thời gian quy định, bao gồm việc chuyển khoản và gửi fax hóa đơn chuyển khoản đến trường, coi như từ bỏ báo danh, trung tâm sẽ nhường lại quyền báo danh cho danh sách bổ sung.

7.為防止詐騙事件，請注意匯款資訊是由本中心之信箱發出(nttucltsc@gm.nttu.edu.tw)，請注意美金受款戶名 「National Taitung University」。
Be cautious of possible scams. Please make sure the email notification containing remittance information is sent from (nttucltsc@gm.nttu.edu.tw) and the beneficiary name is “National Taitung University.”
