By joining Oroson, you will be optimizing our users' journey and building out all parts of customer success.
You will create playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and expansion. By helping our users engage with the product, you will uncover ways to upsell and grow revenue. You will also analyze customer behavior and find ways to mitigate churn.
As the first Head of Customer Success, you will have a seat at the table and talk directly to the C-level team. We want you to build a strong foundation to hire an amazing team of CSMs. We consider this role to be crucial in Oroson's success.
