As the Head of Customer Success you will lay the groundwork to scale our customer base.

By joining Oroson, you will be optimizing our users' journey and building out all parts of customer success.

You will create playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and expansion. By helping our users engage with the product, you will uncover ways to upsell and grow revenue. You will also analyze customer behavior and find ways to mitigate churn.

As the first Head of Customer Success, you will have a seat at the table and talk directly to the C-level team. We want you to build a strong foundation to hire an amazing team of CSMs. We consider this role to be crucial in Oroson's success.

Here's our description of the ideal person for this job:

You have been working as a Customer Success Manager for at least 4 years and working in SaaS for 2 years.

You excel at Customer Success and have a proven track record of over-achieving targets (retention & upselling targets are huge here!)

You're analytical and able to interpret usage data and find patterns (we use MixPanel, Sherlock, and LogRocket).

You love working with people and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You are organized and self-motivated. You should be familiar with a start-ups and being able to prioritize your own tasks.
