Title I  Family Survey (2022)
 Dear Elementary Families,  

We hope you have had a wonderful school year! It almost felt like back to normal!

We are asking you to complete the attached Title 1 Family Survey by May 13, 2022  The purpose of the survey is to explore your familiarity with Title I related information/resources, and your involvement with your child’s school in regards to Reading Instruction and Support.

***********   (If you have multiple children in elementary school, you only need to fill this form out one time.)

Title 1 federal funds are used in our schools to support reading for ALL students, not just intervention for struggling readers. These funds strengthen the overall reading program in each school.  

There are no right or wrong answers to this survey. The information collected here will be grouped and provided to teachers to improve teacher-family communication. (Paper copies of this survey can be provided at your request.)

Thank you for giving us feedback on your family's experiences with the Title 1 Program in the Rockbridge County School system.  We know you are busy and your time is valuable. We appreciate your willingness to help us plan with your needs in mind.  Our recent pandemic has drastically changed our lives in so many ways. We appreciate the work you have done this year to support your children in their educational journey.
