We are starting to plan for fall and need to know how many of our current students will be continuing, and in what areas. We know you can’t be 100% sure of your schedule at this point, but please fill this out according to what you hope to take if schedules allow. The school year schedule will be finalized in July.

If you would like to start a new type of class, please indicate it on your response. Only check classes you really plan to take. We plan how many sections of each class level we offer from the results of this survey.

Since your response is vital to our planning, please return this form by June 20th. By filling out this form you are NOT committing to these classes, but will help us plan the right number of classes at the best possible times.
