The Recirculate project was launched by Equans Ltd (formerly Bouygues E&S Solutions), InfraRed and Vercity staff and partners to create a circular economy project which reduces social exclusion and promotes sustainability. The project started with bikes, taking donated bikes, renovating them in prison workshops, and locating them with NHS staff and families in need. A total of 155 bikes have been given away since the start of the project. 

Recirculate is also accepting other products in order to reduce waste, encourage reuse and improve sustainability.

If you have high quality office equipment or furniture which can be reused, please donate it to Recirculate and we will find it a new home within our network of companies and organisations, or charities we work with.

We currently collect and process the following information:
Name, email address, postcode, phone number and, if we need it for collection purposes, address.

The information will be collected from google forms.
The personal information is required in order to communicate with potential donors of furniture &/or equipment and to arrange logistics to collect, or organise delivery of equipment and to prepare geographical analyses.
WE COLLECT THE PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ORDER TO:
The data will be collected directly from you as a potential donor of furniture &/or equipment by completing this google form .
We use the information that you have given us in order to arrange the collection or delivery of the furniture &/or equipment  you wish to donate.
We may share this information with the Recirculate Project Partners; InfraRed Capital Partners Limited and/or Equans Ltd (formerly Bouygues Energy and Services Ltd) and/or Vercity Holdings Ltd.

Your information is securely stored.
We will keep personal information for 1 year or once the furniture &/or equipment has been donated. We will then dispose of your information.
