On-Demand Proposal
The 2023 MATSOL Hybrid Conference is now accepting proposals for pre-recorded, 15-minute maximum videos to include in the On-Demand section in the virtual conference.

On-Demand Sessions will be displayed during the conference, from May 31 - June 8, 2023.
Some "Poster Sessions" may be chosen to be present at the in-person days of the conference.  

Please complete this form by March 31, 2023 to submit your session for consideration. Read the Call for Proposals for details about your submission. NOTE: At the end of this form, you will need to submit the link to your video.

Make sure your video is not longer than 15 minutes! It can be as short as you'd like, but anything over 15 minutes will be sent back for editing.

If the proposal is selected, MATSOL will upload the video to the MATSOL YouTube channel for display throughout the conference.
