Binding registration for LingvaFest 2020

This is a binding registration form for a stan reservation in exhibitors' area at the language festival LingvaFest'2020 on September 16th and 17th which will take place at the Faculty of Education of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (more info at www.lingvafest.sk). After filling in the form, an invoice will be sent to you to pay the registration fee. Please note that the stand will be reserved for you only after we receive payment of the invoice. Size of the exhibition stand

The price includes: table, chairs, electricity, WIFI, your logo on LingvaFest website and in the programme. Civic organizations and non-profit organizations have 50% discount!

4 m² (100 EUR - until 30 of June 2020 / 150 EUR since 1 of July 2020 )

6 m² (200 EUR - until 30 of June 2020 / 250 EUR since 1 of July 2020 )

9 m² (300 EUR - until 31 of June 2020 / 350 EUR since 1 of July 2020 )

We would like to rent a room for a commercial presentation or a sample lesson

The price includes: participation in the programme and your logo on LingvaFest website. One lesson equals 45 minutes, the programme will always start at the top of the hour with 15 minutes breaks.

Language class room - 30 seats: 30 € / lesson

Small lecture room - 150 seats: 100 € / lesson

Big lecture room - 250 seats: 150 € / lesson
