WhiteOut Youth Group Registration Form
All youth groups are encouraged to begin our WhiteOut registration using this form. Once this form is completed, a group registration code will be sent to the youth leader for students and parents to utilize when using our oline registration system. The code will ensure that the student is taking one of the spots that you are reserving in our system. To reserve bed spaces, the deposit must be paid as well. The deposit can be mailed to Pine Ridge or can be paid by calling our office with a credit card. Please call us if there are any questions. 616.696.8675
