This is a one stop shop for signing up to attend After-Prom and Dinner events on Saturday, May 4th. Everyone attending After-Prom must fill out this form so we have accurate information. If your date is not from Glenwood HS you will need to forward this form to them to fill out.

DINNER:
Price: $20.00 per person *** Must be paid by April 25, 2024 ***
Where: Bella Terre Vineyard & Reception Hall
When: 4:45-5:30pm Appetizers and Mocktails
5:30-6:15pm Dinner
*** FREE VALET SERVICE PROVIDED ****Tables will be seated for 8-10 people
Dinner Menu: Roast Beef & Garlic Herb Chicken, Crusted Cheesy Potatoes, Mac 'n Cheese, House Salad, and Dinner Roll.
Dessert: Cupcakes. Drinks: Lemonade, Water, or Soda.
PROMENADE:
Where: HS Auditorium
When: 6:45 pm students line up. Event starts at 7pm.
Make sure to tell your family & friends to come watch this year's promenade. Portraits by Amy will be taking professional pictures. Spectators $5 at the door.
PROM:
Price: $20 per person
Where: Bella Terre Vineyard & Reception Hall
When 7:30-10:30pm

AFTER PROM:
Price: $30 per person *** Must be paid by April 26, 2024 ***
Where: GHS
When: 11pm-3am
After-Prom is open to all eligible GHS juniors, seniors, and guests. The GHS student is NOT required to attend the dance to attend After-Prom. We have a great After-Prom planned with food, games, HYPNOTIST and PRIZES!!
Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door.

The following rules have been implemented for the safety of all the students/guests attending and must be followed without exception:
1. All students must register. NO REGISTRATION, NO ENTRANCE, NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. No one over age 20
3. No Alcohol, No Drugs, No Smoking and No Outside food / drink.
4. All students/guests must exhibit appropriate behavior at all times and follow GHS policies.
5. Students/guests are required to stay at the party the entire time.
6. Students may not enter or exit after midnight.
7. If you do not show up by the required check in time, your parents will be NOTIFIED!
8. If you want to leave before the end of After-Prom, your parents will be called for approval.
