The local is collecting data regarding unfilled absences for online members due to Board's position that "PDSB Online School staff will have an OT cover their class for known absences of more than three days" only.  PETL and PEOT (LTO) members who were absent, and did not receive Occasional Teacher coverage for their online class, are asked to complete this form. Please complete the form for each unfilled online absence.
