ONLY ONE CREW MEMBER NEEDS TO SIGN UP FOR EACH CREW!

By filling out this Google Form, you are acknowledging that you did not use any copyrighted materials (visuals / sound) in your film.

Your film(s) will need to be submitted to www.wetransfer.com. Email = scott.campbell@smusd.org by Monday, 4/3/23 @ 4:00 P.M.

The Student Films Showcase / Awards Ceremony (dinner / drinks / dessert included) will be in San Marcos High School's cafeteria and theater on Thursday, April, 13, 2023 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

*There may be a $5 charge per person for dinner. This is still T.B.D.
