CAG Birthday Booking Agreement Form
CAG Birthday Party Packages include Trampolines, Obstacle Courses, Parachutes, & more!  Birthday boys & girls will get to jump, swing, & roll for a 55 minutes of gymnastics activity & 30 minutes in a private party room for the birthday celebration!  

NOTE: Only party hosts parents, birthday child & party guests are permitted inside the facility at this time.  Parents of guests must drop off & pick up at the party entrance (Preschool entrance).
