Open Door is currently accepting names of area residents for a no-waste list. If we have doses that must be used to avoid waste, we will call people from this list to receive the Moderna vaccine.

Requirements:

1.) Any Hoosier currently eligible for vaccination -OR- who is age 18+ may sign up on this list. This is based on Moderna age requirements as well as state guidance for no-waste lists. (See full eligibility at www.ourshot.in.gov.)

2.) You must be able to arrive at Open Door's downtown Muncie site (333 S. Madison St.) within 30 minutes of receiving a call.

Calls come from (765) 286-7000, Monday-Friday. If no one answers, we are not able to leave a message; however, you will remain on the list.

The no-waste list is not prioritized. We call in the order in which people sign up.

Notes:
> If additional days are added to our vaccine clinic, you may be called on a different day. If additional sites are added, you may be directed to a different address.
> Second dose will be scheduled 4 weeks from first visit.
