Please fill out this application to the best of your ability. All games will be assigned on GotSport, and played at Grand Park in Westfield, IN. New this year, we will be attempting to assign breaks in between your games which will allow time for you to refuel, rehydrate, and receive feedback from coaches and mentors if interested.
