If you have placed a commission with me, I will not purposefully delete your commission, unless it is deemed necessary (all deadline to fill this form starts the moment you have been ban within 72 hours). Depending the severity of your actions, I have the right to refuse you as a current client and a future client.

All submissions are final and will be deleted once I have read them. Some forms may be kept to prevent you from trying again depending on your actions.
