Greetings,
This form collects your videos and/or poster presentations.  Also, we seek your copyright permissions for the video specifically.  Our conference is using the flipped model where the majority of your content expression will be by video. Therefore, unlike a live unrecorded presentation at a traditional conference, copyrights must be addressed.  The wording you see on this form is the same wording we use for our paper publication process. We intend to first provide your video to conference attendees and then to keep the video in our member resources. If you have questions, please contact publications@immersivelrn.org
