Pick the features you want from the form and submit. I will email you shortly to accept or to discuss your order. Submitting the form is not binding you or me to anything, and I will begin working after recieving the first payment.

Payment will be 50% before and 50% after completion, or 100% upfront if you prefer.  I accept payments only in paypal at the moment.

You can send me refsheets etc. when I accept your order!
