Family Transfer Form
This form is intended to help any members transfer families because of personal issues with their fam. 

General Rules of Fam Transferring:
  1. Please do not speak ILL about your past families. We understand there are personal issues that may arise to transfer, but leaving a fam does not give you permission to talk trash about them behind their backs. (If there is any serious issues that had occurred in your family, please reach out to the Family Chair, Nick or to any of the Officers!!!)
  2. You must stay in a family for 2 weeks before you can request another transfer. 
  3. Though you may request/have an idea for a family to be transferred into, this DOES NOT GUARANTEE that you will be placed into that family. This process is still the same as sorting, so you will be placed into families that our Family Chair thinks best.
