If your student is using a school owned instrument. A $50 yearly rental fee is required which goes toward the cost of maintenance and cleaning of the instrument. This is payable to OEHS and must be paid via cash or check by Wednesday, August 30th. Please have your student drop off the payment to the band room mailbox. *

My student is not renting an instrument from OEHS.

I have reviewed the supply list HERE for my student's instrument and have made arrangements to purchase any missing supplies. There will be a graded supply check on Wednesday, September 6th.

If there is a financial concern, you must communicate that to Mr. Rexroat or Mr. Sison ASAP.
