The vision of OneTeamMVMT has always been that we are stronger together, and that if we can bring the community together and leverage each of our own skills and expertise to build the sport, we could do a LOT for synchro - and ultimately, move the needle on getting synchronized skating into the Winter Olympic Games.

The Global Synchro Network is an opportunity for passionate members of the synchronized skating community to be part of OneTeamMVMT and the Global Ambassador Program, which aims to support and grow synchronized skating worldwide. As a member of the Global Synchro Network, you can help on projects that fit your skillset, and you can help us spread the news of projects we are working on, with your own friends and teammates. Regardless of your skating level or involvement (ie whether you are a current or former synchro skater, a coach, a parent, a fan, an official, a photographer, or you just LOVE synchro), you can join the Global Synchro Network.
This is a chance for you to apply your unique skills and interests to make a positive difference on the sport we all love.
BENEFITS OF JOINING THE GLOBAL SYNCHRO NETWORK:
- Ultimate time flexibility; there is no specific time commitment to joining the network. We simply ask for you to put your name forward when you have the time and expertise to help on a particular project, and that if you make a commitment to help on a project, you see it through.
- Meaningful work; you'll be able to channel your passion and unique skills into helping synchro.
- Work with esteemed Synchro Ambassadors; you'll get to participate and assist with projects led by Global Synchro Ambassadors; 7 senior skaters representing top teams across the world.

Members of the Global Synchro Network will embody the values of OneTeamMVMT such as sportsmanship and unity, while promoting the sport of synchronized skating, and bridging the gap between the developmental and elite levels, worldwide.
About the Global Ambassador Program:
The Global Ambassador Program launched in 2021 with the help of 21 Senior Synchronized Skaters who worked collectively on projects that fell under 3 main areas; mentorship & connection, sport education, and sport publicity & awareness. The program is overseen by OneTeamMVMT, a not-for-profit founded in Canada in 2016 to serve the global synchronized skating community. This year, the Global Ambassador Program will feature 7 Ambassadors and the addition of the Global Synchro Network, to bring meaningful projects to life.
