When I receive your answers I will look over all of the information as we need to make sure that the outdoor classes, online programmes and online virtual classes will be suitable for you as we want to keep you safe in your postnatal recovery journey. Depending on some of your answers I may advise you to visit your GP or seek advice from a Women’s Health Physio before joining the classes

Before answering some of the questions please watch the videos which gives instructions on how to check your stomach for diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) and another on how to engage and activate your core and pelvic floor. If you have any queries about this at all please contact me and we can go through it. Before seeing you at an outdoor class we will make a quick appointment for me to double check anyway.

 BuggyBootcamp@HOME also known as BuggyBootcamp-at-home,  provides outdoor classes, online programmes and online virtual classes are suitable for postnatal mums from 6 weeks after a normal birth and 12 weeks after a c-section as long as you have had your six week postnatal check with your GP. There are beginner, Intermediate and advanced levels so please work at a level appropriate to you and build up slowly.
