Holiday Vendor Market at BoBrook Farms in Roland, AR will be TWO days this year on Saturday November 12th from 11pm-3pm AND Sunday November 13th from 12-4pm in our covered outdoor event pavilion and in our open air lawn. This event is an opportunity to provide a variety of holiday decor, unique gift ideas, clothing, accessories and much more .
Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is submitted. Booths are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by the event coordinator or venue. This event will happen rain or shine so if you choose a $20 uncovered spot you will need to provide your own tent.
Vendor fees are as follows and must be paid at the time of application:
$40 per day for a COVERED space under our patio or inside our open span barn
$25 per day UNCOVERED spot in our lawn
First time vendors are required to submit pictures of items for approval to
bobrookfarmsevents@gmail.com IF you have not attended an event with us before. Tables will not be provided. Vendors must bring their own tables and any items needed for setup.
Vendor spots are a 10x10 booth space either covered or in the lawn. This fee does not include anything. Vendor must bring their own tables, chairs and additional items needed for booth. The 10x10 space will be marked off and you will not be permitted to set up past your designated area.
Electricity will not be available for this event.
Once you fill out this form we will send over a paypal link IF we have a spot available for your business. We limit the number of vendors per business on a first come first serve basis once application and vendor fee have been received. Once both are completed your space will be confirmed. By just filling out this form does not confirm a spot.
