Squamish Vegan Festival Vendor Application
Squamish Vegan Festival is a celebration of vegan food and culture, community, wellness, music, arts and nature.

We gather on Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw traditional territory.

Join us for a 3-day union filled with live music & inspiring talks on the main stage, and yoga classes, acro-yoga workshops, guided breathwork & meditation sessions at the wellness stage. We will have food & artisan vendors, cooking demos, ecstatic dances, slacklines, hammocks, reading circles for kids/families & more!

Squamish Vegan Festival hours are:
Fri. June 7, 5pm-11pm
Sat. June 8, 10am-midnight
Sun. June 9, 10am-5pm

If you are a small team and require breaks, please let us know what times you would like your booth to be closed during the festival operating hours.

Squamish Vegan Festival is seeking a collection of wonderful vegan & eco-friendly companies to provide nourishment & sustainable goods for attendees, as well as beautiful organizations for everyone to learn from & to support.

Thank you for everything you do to contribute to a better world!

SVF is proud to be green! We are partnered with Reusables to provide a zero-waste festival experience. If approved as a food & drink vendor, you will be using Reusables cups & containers to serve all food & drink. Disposable straws, bags, cups, plates, cutlery are not permitted to be used. Non-food vendors are encouraged to strive for fully zero-waste, keeping in mind that plastics & single use items are not permitted.

All ready-to-eat food and drinks served at VVF must be served in Reusables. There is a $0.80 charge per item usage. Approved vendors will receive a breakdown of container and cup options and will have to place their order a few weeks before the event. Vendors will be required to factor the usage cost into their menu pricing, pay a deposit of $100 to Reusables due one week before the festival, and pay their Reusables bill within one week of the event (by June 16, 2024).

By checking each option below, you agree to adhere to SVF's term and conditions.

Garbage / Recycling: As a zero-waste event with all for-here items being served in reusables, we have no need for paying to bring any extra garbage / recycling bins to the beach. Vendors are encouraged to think ahead to come up with ways to reduce waste behind-the-scenes, and will be required to take any trash created behind-the-scenes away with them after the event.
