**For direct members attending the AGM, the club/league PRESIDENT on file with MSYSA receives automatic voting privileges. If the president is unable to attend, another board member also on file with MSYSA can receive voting privileges with a properly completed, signed, and submitted proxy statement. The proxy statement is due in to MSYSA by Monday, March 14, 2022. *
