At the top of each page, you will find a description of the standard associated with the questions on that page.  Please rate each question based on how well you believe that Charter Arts meets that standard.  Use your personal knowledge of and experience with Charter Arts to inform your responses.

Use the following scale when answering questions on this survey:
     
1. The school DOES NOT MEET the expectations.
2. The school PARTIALLY MEETS the expectations and NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.
3. The school MEETS the expectations.
4. The school EXCEEDS the expectations.

If you do not have sufficient knowledge or experience to rate a question, leave it blank.
